Our consultants work with you to provide guidance on how best to create a validated "blueprint" that can serve as the basis for evaluating the current network and future modifications. Our team can also participate directly during your discovery session to help ensure success.

Netformx Report Assist is for Netformx DesignXpert customers who require one-on-one assistance with using existing reports and creating customized Excel, Word, or XML-based outputs.
Our Netformx Report Assist consultants work with you to successfully generate reports to meet your business needs or troubleshoot report generation issues for specific projects. As part of the Report Assist service, Netformx consultants can also create custom reports and templates in a variety of different formats for your future use.

Flexible Assistance Options, Available When You Need Them
Netformx tailors the suite of pre-paid Netformx Assist Services to meet each individual customer’s needs. Netformx consultants are readily available to you at all times. There are two types of Assist Services support tiers available to align with your company’s budget and timing requirements:
- Assist Standard - Planned a minimum of one week in advance and conducted during standard support hours, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM Monday-Friday (PST)
- Assist Premium – Available for urgent or custom assistance requests or after hours needs
