Our FTP Service company was experiencing a server malfunction. This was affecting the Netformx Download site (download.netformx.com). The problem appears to have been resolved, however if you do have difficulties, there is a work around for you to be able to connect to download.netformx.com. Please contact your account manager at sales@netformx.com or support@netformx.com for assistance in getting the workaround link. |

A new Updater was released today along with our normal update. This new Updater, 12.5.3, as been modified to enable enhancements in future versions of Netformx products and address reliability issues during the login process. May require Re-boot. |

Fix for - CDS Status Request - Network Assessment Results, unchecking Telnet option does not perform telnet queries requires for CDS, as a result CDS reports are missing critical data obtained from telnet. Fix for - Some Call Manager serial numbers missing from Reports, as part of problem analysis we found out this problem is critical since wrong data is being imported from discovery results into DX project. |

Content - Device creation and modification attributes is a new feature delivered as part of version 14.2.0. In some scenarios no information was updated on those attributes and therefore an empty field was displayed in the application. Issue fixed: DX-Device "Creation Time" and "Update Time" are empty |
