Inside Sales Representative

Our customers and partners count over 300 service providers, system integrators and equipment manufacturers including AT&T, Bell, CDW, Cisco, EPLUS, HP, Nexus IS, Sprint, Swisscom, Telstra, Verizon, and Vodafone. Netformx is headquartered in San Jose, California and has a development team in Israel.

We are seeking a self-motivated and hard-working Inside Sales Rep for our Santa Clara office. 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Conduct outbound telephone prospecting based on lists of target customers.
• Qualifies and follows up with sales leads.
• May direct customers to website or other company resources for information.
• May establish and maintain relationships with channel partners.
• Keeps up-to-date knowledge of the industry, as well as the competitive posture of the company, and prepares activity and forecast reports as requested.
• Exercises judgment with defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
• Has thorough knowledge of company products/services.
• Organization and prioritization of sales lead information into Salesforce.com
   

REQUIREMENTS 

• Bachelor’s degree, with a minimum of one year inside sales representative experience required.
• Previous experience with Salesforce.com preferred.
• Knowledge of networking equipment i.e. Cisco useful.
• Must be customer service focused.
• Excellent communication skills required.
• Strong work ethic and time management skills.
