The Netformx Gateway has been designed to easily accommodate integration between Netformx's products and other systems. It includes XML support, an API, web services, and common data transfer outputs. Netformx supports a variety of outputs, enabling straightforward integration with most systems. For example, bill-of-materials (BOM) reports can be output in XML format so they are optimized for order management systems. This can reduce errors in orders by eliminating the need to manually re-key information, and provide a more seamless business process workflow for users. In addition to XML, CSV, XLS and other export formats are supported in Netformx products.

Netformx has already achieved full functional integration with Cisco CCO so that Cisco channel partners can utilize Cisco's Ordering Management System with Netformx products. Netformx allows users with valid CCO logins to submit their Cisco designs to CCO online and receive a ConfigSet as well as real-time customer-specific pricing. For Nortel converged solutions customers, Netformx has developed a tool suite to implement Nortel EC pricing to upload a converged quote.
