Hey now, DesignXpert users and Netformx customers. Marshall Eisenberg here, product and strategy manager at Netformx. Thanks for checking my new blog out. Keep this blog handy to find helpful functional nooks and crannies you might not be aware of. Interesting tips when using DesignXpert, ChannelXpert, SalesXpert, KnowledgeXpert, the Netformx Hub, and everything else we build for you. Info to pull more data out of our products and give you more insight about your business and customers.
In a previous life, I worked as a sales engineer for a large service provider, barely using DesignXpert. I never realized DesignXpert could automate some of my most mundane daily tasks. If only someone would’ve given me a few pointers, I could’ve been way more efficient. I would have wasted less time editing spreadsheets and spent more time in front of my customers. Making money for the company and me. It is all about keeping your clients happy while getting more rebates, spiffs, and rewards, right?
How My Blog Will Help
Using some shortcuts and insider tricks, I’m going to show you how to squeeze greater productivity out of DesignXpert, ChannelXpert, and the rest of your purchases for routine work. Before we officially kick off, here are my commitments to you:
I will work to pick interesting topics that bring immediate value to you. I will keep my explanations simple and concise. I will use pictures rather than bore you to death with text. Moreover, I will try to use real-world examples as often as I can, or at least make up interesting stories. The blog subject will always outline what I plan to cover, so always look there first.
Finally, if my tips are not helping you, let me know. If you would like to know how a particular feature works or if there is a way to make it work better, ask me. If you have a suggestion for a topic, let me know. Give me your honest feedback. I want the information I present here to be of value to you. Also check out our webinar page for upcoming or recent webinars so you don’t miss out on even more information.
