Mr. Ben-Tzvi brings to Netformx over 14 years of financial management expertise building the financial and operational infrastructure for fast growing high tech companies. His most recent position, as Chief Financial Officer at Radiancy Ltd (Leading manufacturer of light-based products for medical and aesthetic skin) included managing the finance, operations, information systems and human resource functions. Prior to that Mr. Ben-Tzvi served as the CFO of Kidron, the Kidron group includes several private companies and one publicly traded company, all of which are operating in various industrial and commercial fields. He also served as the V.P. Finance of Sphera Technologies a software company. Mr. Ben-Tzvi holds a BA in Business Administration, with a major in Accounting, from the Tel Aviv Business College.
