Netformx Product Improvement Program

Thank you for your interest in Netformx's Product Improvement Program. This page describes the type of data Netformx collects and what it does with the collected data.

What is the Product Improvement Program?
The Product Improvement Program is aimed to enhance the quality, reliability, usability, and performance of DesignXpert and its components (the "Software"). Netformx uses this data to analyze trends and better understand how the Software is used to perform your work and how to improve Netformx products in the future.
 
Participation is Voluntary
This program is voluntary and anonymous and only collects data from users who agree to participate. You may elect to participate in the Product Improvement Program by taking the following steps:
1.      After you install your Software, a dialog box asks for your permission to participate in this program, click the `Join Now` button in the dialog box.
2.      In the event your Software was already installed, you can check or change your status by following these steps:
a.       Launch the Software;
b.      Select Options > General
c.       Check the box, and then click OK.
If you decided to participate, your computer automatically sends information to Netformx about how you use the Software (as further detailed below). You can opt out at any time by selecting Options > General and uncheck the box. When you uncheck the box, data collection and transmission to Netformx stops immediately.
 
Data Collected
Users who choose to participate agree to share:
  • Product information, such as product type, software version, and installed licenses
  • The number of times the Software was launched.
  • Product feature usage information, such as used commands and editor pages.
 
Data is collected by Netformx or any other third party. The collection and disclosure of such data is handled pursuant to the privacy policy located at www.netformx.com/privacy-policy.
This program is not spyware and cannot collect information without your full knowledge or consent. The program takes only those actions described on this page, and only if you give your permission. Since no personal identifiable information is collected as part of the Product Improvement Program, the anonymous data will not be meaningful to anyone other than for Netformx.
 
 
User Anonymity
Netformx takes your privacy very seriously and this voluntary program is completely anonymous. The data reported and used in reports does not include name, address, serial number, email or any details that would identify a specific user or company.
