Melissa Borza is a strategic product executive. In her 23 years at CA Technologies, including as global VP Product Management, and most recently at QUMAB LLC, she built new businesses, invented new IT management products, penetrated new markets, and ensured operational excellence. Through carefully structured, repeatable processes, she has driven products from concept through market launch to end of life management. At Netformx, Ms. Borza will have responsibility for orchestrating the Netformx Ecosystem product strategy and promoting it in the marketplace.
Mark Bickerstaffe is a seasoned executive with extensive enterprise software solution sales experience in areas such as mobility, applications, and SaaS. He has provided executive leadership, directed teams, as well as managed channels and partnerships. He has held executive sales leadership positions at Apteligent, Citrix, Compuware and Mercury Interactive Corporation (now HP). At Netformx, Mr. Bickerstaffe will drive customer engagements in the Americas.
Nick Billingham has successfully led major B2B bidding, negotiation, and service delivery transformations. As Director of Transformation at Alphawest, a wholly owned subsidiary of Optus, he delivered massive change programs with positive financial results. During his 13 years at Optus or its subsidiaries, as well as at Fuji Xerox and Fujitsu, he transformed ERP systems, managed major bid programs, established standard bid methodologies, and re-engineered price structures. Mr. Billingham, based in Australia, will expand Netformx’ presence further into APAC.
