Staying aligned with Cisco and positioning to be Future Ready!
Wow, I am always impressed by partners when they share their stories on where they need to transform their workflow or processes in various stages of the pre-sales, post-sales, or renewal lifecycle. In a challenging year, they continue to have focus, great passion for delighting their customers, while ensuring the success of their teams and increasing profitability for their company. Together we are discussing how Netformx can support their gaps with agile development. One consistent comment is the lack of actionable insight for the partners that are getting CX certified and want to maximize Lifecycle Incentive (LCI) rewards and bonuses.
Simplified LCI management
With an LCI focus, Netformx recently announced the release of ChannelXpert v3.5. This update solves the biggest LCI challenge we were hearing from partners which was to quickly identify opportunities, see timeframes to take actions, and track activity, plans and payouts.
A partner reviewing the Beta version explained that they had been manually pulling data out of different Cisco portals on a weekly basis. They shared that the Netformx automation now highlights the eligible LCI Opportunities and their expiration dates.
Evolving the End-Customer Portal experience to manage assets
Continuing in the vein of providing insight and the ability to take action in a self-serve manner, we made updates to AssetXpert in v1.2 and the User Management System. This was to address requests to provide more customized end-customer portals and easier access, with increased flexibility to manage change requests and more. These portals are becoming more popular for partners to increase customer stickiness by providing better visibility to renewals and asset tracking.
Identifying Cybersecurity vulnerabilities
Recently partners have been asking how to identify vulnerabilities in their networks. The answer was to leverage Netformx Discovery with its’ powerful discovery engine to help mitigate security risks and more. Check out the Discovery datasheet for Cybersecurity.
