  • What is the Netformx Business Continuity Plan?
    • As part of ISO 27001 certification we have documentation outlining the procedure for business continuity which covers the following:
      • To determine and set base and policy guidelines to ensure business continuity in emergency and crisis situations.
      • To ensure that emergency and backup plans are implemented for the continuous operation of IT core systems.
      • To assign IT personnel who will be responsible for policy operational deployment in emergency and crisis situations.
    • In response to this current crisis, employees around the globe are now working from home with properly secured Laptops and PC’s. All employees are available to perform their regular jobs, and collaboration tools are in place to ensure as an organization we stay connected and in sync with our customers.
  • Will my Netformx tools be impacted?
    • Netformx remains committed to meeting its service level agreements for all SaaS and Desktop subscriptions. We are here to continue with all regular client calls and support calls and sessions.
  • Will there be delays in Onboarding to Netformx solutions?
    • Netformx is committed to upholding the terms and agreements set with your company. We will continue to work with you as we always have for onboarding with our systems and gaining access to your Cisco data to ensure you can use the tools as intended. We will also continue to work with Distributors to also gain access to your Disty data for a full picture of all your sales data, to help you better manage your proposals and business.
  • How can I get updates on COVID-19 from Netformx?
    • Netformx will advise you of any important service notifications via your standard account contacts and communication channels. If you have any questions or concerns regarding COVID-19, Netformx requests that they be channeled through your Account Manager or Account Service teams that you use for all routine business communications or contact sales@netformx.com.
