In my role as Head of Marketing and Sales Operations at Netformx I’m responsible for all aspects of marketing, including creating awareness of Netformx offerings, engagement, sales operations and support, and encouraging conversations.

I believe that everyone in the organization has a voice, so I prioritize avid note taking to make sure all the good bits shared—whether large or small—are captured and leveraged internally and externally to benefit our customers.

Marketing and sales operations have been the focus of my career. Prior to joining Netformx in 2009, I managed TM Forum’s large global conferences for five years, with responsibilities ranging from sales, operations, and marketing, to conference content, logistics, and profit and loss. At Agilent Technologies I managed worldwide events and created best practices and tools for the company’s global marketing teams.

My focus (you might say obsession) is to make complex things seem simple and easy to understand.

I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Administrative Services from California State University-Sacramento.
