How do I organize my Cisco SmartNet Contracts and Subscriptions?

It is common for Cisco SmartNet Contracts and Subscriptions to have slight variation in the names for a single end-customer. This makes it difficult to have a complete view of the customers Contracts and Subscriptions combined with any assets discovered or earmarked as part of the network inventory.

Renewals Teams will benefit by mapping all of an end-customers SmartNet Contracts and subscriptions under a common account name for a complete view. 

A recommended step after onboarding is mapping records with an easy-to-do point & click operation.

  • You define your normalized end-customer account name
  • Then select all the Cisco CCW records associated with that named account.
  • Once mapped, updates to those records automatically appear inside AssetXpert.
