Cisco challenges Partners to be Agile – Relevant – Profitable

You may have seen in my last blog “Future Ready – What does this mean for your Cisco Business” that I was excited with Cisco’s Future Ready direction leading up to Partner Summit. Obviously, Cisco is transforming as a company and they continue to create and consolidate lucrative programs to ensure Partners success in addition to evolving tools for their Partner and Customer base. Lifecycle Incentives (LCI) for the CX was certainly a key focus at the summit.

I am finding that Partners are getting creative to increase LCI rewards:

A CX Manager is now exploring their company’s Estimates in Netformx Partner Incentive Tool (PIT) to identify opportunities to see if with small adjustments to product mix or subscription duration they could reach a higher LCI reward threshold and increase reward payout.
