Cisco 360 Incentives Are Changing: Are You Capturing the New Rewards?
Cisco Partner Summit introduced higher rebates, new eligible products, and significant Adopt accelerators. Here’s what partners need to know before January 23, 2027.
Cisco is expanding the financial rewards available through its Cisco Partner Incentive (CPI) program. But changing eligibility rules, new accelerators, and deadlines can make it difficult for partners to capture every available incentive.
Since June 2026, Cisco has published six versions of its CPI Eligible Offers list and four Services mapping updates. At Partner Summit in October, Cisco introduced additional Q2 FY27 incentives that create new opportunities to increase profitability.
The challenge isn’t just knowing what changed. It’s understanding which deals qualify, how much they’re worth, and what actions are required to earn the incentives.
Key Highlights
- Cross-Sell Bonuses increase: Preferred Partners move from 2% to 4%; Portfolio Partners from 1% to 3%.
- Growth Rebates rise to 6%: Up from 4% across four major Cisco portfolios.
- Adopt accelerators reach +150%: Increased rewards for eligible Use, Engage, and Adopt activities.
- New eligible products: Additional Collaboration and Networking SKUs create rebate opportunities.
- January 23 deadline: Q2 FY27 accelerators are available only from October 25, 2026, through January 23, 2027.
1. Cisco Partner Summit Introduces Higher Rebates
Cisco’s October 26 Partner Summit announcement introduced new incentives, detailed in its official Q2 FY27 Partner Incentive Notification.
The following accelerators are available through January 23, 2027:

The Growth Rebate increase applies to Networking, Cloud and AI Infrastructure, Collaboration, and Security. Networking accelerators apply to specified EA/DNA/Meraki Advantage and UNX Advantage licenses.
What could this mean financially? On $500,000 in eligible deal value, the Preferred Partner Cross-Sell Bonus increase from 2% to 4% represents an additional $10,000 in potential rebates, assuming all program requirements are met.
Cisco also announced new eligible products, including Ceiling Speaker Pro (5% Preferred/3% Portfolio), AI Quality Management offerings (up to 10% Preferred), and C9200L/C9200LM switches (2% for both partner levels).
2. Post-Sale Incentives Get a Significant Increase
Cisco introduced temporary accelerators for eligible lifecycle activities completed during Q2 FY27:

A +150% Adopt accelerator could increase an eligible $1,000 base payout to $2,500, subject to Cisco’s qualification requirements.
Cisco also introduced two new Adopt use cases:
- Cisco IQ: Rewards partners for driving adoption of the Cisco IQ platform.
- EA Activate: Rewards partners for generating EA-associated licenses.
Additional use cases are expected during Q2 FY27.
These increased rewards make post-sale execution more financially important. Partners must ensure eligible activities are completed, tracked, and validated to capture the available incentives.
3. CPI Eligibility Continues to Change
Netformx’s analysis of Cisco’s six Eligible Offers versions since June reveals significant changes.
At the July FY27 H1 rollover, Cisco reduced eligible SKUs by 22%, from 16,206 to 12,668, with the largest reductions in Mass-Scale Infrastructure (-59%), Security (-29%), and Networking (-28%).
Since July, four subsequent updates added 379 eligible SKUs without removing existing product SKUs or changing their Land rates. However, Adopt eligibility decreased approximately 8% in August.
Services mappings also changed significantly, with approximately 25% of SKU-to-GSP pairs temporarily removed in July before most were restored.
The profitability risk: A deal quoted under one version of Cisco’s rules may generate different incentives when booked under another.
4. What Partners Should Do Before January 23
The Q2 FY27 accelerators expire January 23, 2027. Partners should take three actions now:
- Reevaluate open deals: Identify opportunities eligible for higher Cross-Sell, Growth, and product-specific rebates.
- Prioritize post-sale activities: Review Use, Engage, and Adopt opportunities that could qualify for the temporary accelerators.
- Prepare for the next rollover: Monitor eligibility changes and review deals expected to book near January 23.
For deal-based incentives, the Book Date determines applicable eligibility rules. Post-sale incentives have additional completion and validation requirements.
Missing an eligibility change or execution deadline can mean missing the rebate entirely.
