What information should customers provide for a successful discovery?
The following information is needed at minimum for a successful discovery:
- IP ranges, Subnets, and/or a Seed router of the target network
- SNMP Read-Only community string and credentials
- TelnetSSH credentials
- TelnetSSH enable password (Required to get enhanced PSIRT report)
- SNMP Read-Write community string access credentials (Required to get Cisco configuration files)
