Welcome to 2022!

With every new year comes reflection on where we have been, the opportunity to tackle exciting new challenges, change, and contemplation about where we want to go. This can be applied to our lives both personally and professionally.

It can also be applied to Netformx. To better position us for 2022 and beyond, at the end of last year we announced our acquisition by Orchestra Group. Orchestra has been acquiring other best of breed organizations to provide the growth needed to fulfill their vision. The opportunity for Netformx is more resources and a broadened horizon for expanded offerings. The team at Netformx are excited about the future and are passionate to continue helping you to increase profitability from Cisco programs and incentives while providing an even better customer experience through all stages of the lifecycle.

For me, I took some time to reflect upon my 21+ years at Netformx and where I might want to go in this new year. As my children have grown, and recently the oldest got married, I feel the time is ripe for me to pursue new challenges and change. Just as I know my family are in a good place to spread their wings, I know the Netformx team will also continue to grow and serve you better.

A New Era Begins at NetformxWith that, I have decided to pursue new opportunities outside Netformx and pass the management reins to Mark Bickerstaffe as the new General Manager for the Netformx Business Unit. I invited Mark to join Netformx 5 years ago and he has been an innovative leader in Netformx as VP of Sales for the America’s and EMEA. I have complete faith that Mark will continue to evolve the Netformx organization and to find new and valuable ways to support Cisco Partners. Please reach out to Mark, he is a great listener and gets things done.

I would like to thank all of our customers, partners, and users for your trust in Netformx and for the collaboration over the years; we couldn’t have done it without you!

While I will officially handover to Mark on January 14, 2022, I will be available at my same contact information for a longer period of time if you need me or would just like to stay in touch. For those who have not had a chance to interact with Mark Bickerstaffe, it is my pleasure to introduce you!

Looking at 2022 from our partners’ perspective

Thank you Ittai for entrusting me with the Netformx team. On behalf of all the employees and our customers I’d like to thank you for your dedicated and high-quality service these last 21 years. We wish you and your family the very best of everything going forward.

I am delighted and excited but mostly humbled to have the opportunity to lead the Netformx Business Unit (BU). In my 5 years at the company, I have had the pleasure of getting to know most of you. If we haven’t met, I look forward to seeing you soon!

As part of the British invasion to the United States in 1995, I am proud to now be an American Citizen living on the west coast near Monterey. My wife Kim also works in the software industry and is significantly smarter than I am ?. We are a blended family and enjoy our 3 grandchildren—until we decide to hand them back ?. Our hobbies include pickle-ball and photography, but most important to me is my soccer team—Manchester United.

Over my 20+ years in technology I have realized that the most important things we can do are to listen and to be transparent. I want to know how we can help fill your automation gaps as you pursue growth and a profitable partnership with Cisco.

Our 2022 road map continues to reflect our commitment to helping partners smoothly transition to selling Cisco subscriptions, maximize available rebates and rewards, and optimize the customer experience.

In 2022 our key focus will be to provide more product depth with these benefits:

  • Increased partner profitability
  • Insights for LCI reward capture
  • Simplified VIP rebate collection & calculation
  • Mapping for a complete customer view across POs
  • Proactive & efficient renewals management
  • Streamlined discovery, proposal design & configuration
  • An enhanced customer experience

In my monthly messages I will keep you up to date on our exciting path forward with Orchestra as well as how our new solutions and features will help you maximize your Cisco business.
