We are excited to share the news that Netformx has been acquired by Orchestra Group, a growing cyber security risk management organization looking for best-of-breed solutions to expand their global footprint.
What does this mean for current customers?
We will continue to enhance our current offerings for Cisco Partners and be there to support you as a second set of helping hands as we always have. Pricing and support for our customers will continue to be the same.
Why is this deal happening?
This collaboration offers Netformx better growth potential and the opportunity to expand some of our key capabilities with a focus on security vulnerability detection for solutions such as Netformx Discovery and to consider incorporating risk management as a component of customer success in SuccessXpert.
Orchestra intends to leverage our years of industry experience and our top-notch teams globally that includes executives, research and development, sales, customer success, marketing, finance, human resources, and more.
Who is Orchestra Group?
Orchestra Group is a privately held cyber security risk management company founded in 2018. Orchestra plans to leverage the Netformx domain networking expertise and technology to extend their offering and accelerate their go to market.
Orchestra’s vision is to develop and acquire various technologies for the purpose of assembling a single information security policy to operationally link compliance, risk, and security throughout an organization. Orchestra has acquired and developed security technologies for Internet of Things (IoT) and for servers and PCs. By teaming with Netformx they will now be able to add network discovery for security insights to deliver full coverage leveraging Orchestra’s Harmony information security platform.
