VIP & LCI Benchmark Study: How do you stack-up?
Following the conclusion of VIP36 Netformx conducted a benchmarking study among partners we support. We were looking at how partners are adapting to Cisco’s strategic direction by looking at two factors.
- VIP Annuity rebate – an indication to how well the partner is transitioning their business from hardware to software subscription.
- In VIP 36 we saw Annuity as a percentage of total rebate in NA and EMEA averaging at 21% and APAC at 26%.
- LCI reward for Adopt & Expand – an indication of how well the partner is establishing their customer success strategy and delivery, while taking advantage of the LCI program.
- Partners earning LCI reward for Adopt and Expand averaged in NA 40%, EMEA 20%, and 29% in APAC.
