2020 challenged the human spirit, so what did you do to find solace during this disruptive time? Spending time at home instead of on airplanes, I started learning how to play the saxophone. Learning a new skill challenged me in ways that brought creativity into other parts of my life including my role at Netformx.

We responded to Cisco partner feedback with the new release of Netformx LifecycleXpert. Customer Experience (CX) teams are now able to leverage automation to analyze and prioritize Cisco Lifecycle Incentive (LCI) reward opportunities, determine where to take action on Plans and Activities, milestones and due dates, and track and ensure payments.
