ChannelXpert v5.8 – New Panels to Focus and Prioritize your VIP & LCI Actions

We are excited to release two major upgrades to the ChannelXpert Dashboards in version 5.8 for both VIP and Lifecycle Incentive users. Simplify your ability to ensure that Cisco's lucrative LCI rewards and VIP rebates are earned and paid. New filtering capability will provide the ability to quickly dive into the priorities and key actions needed so that you never miss a deadline again. 

Simplified Insights to Filter on needed actions in LifecycleXpert

A new Insights Panel and Timeline on the LCI Overview page provides daily updates to help you prioritize actions to take for Use and Adopt with ample filtering capabilities.

  • Filter by
    • Tasks & Insights by Days to Act
    • Type such as CSP, SBO, etc
    • Non EA/EA
    • Subtrack

There are additional changes to the dashboard for filtering opportunities.  As you use the filters, know that the KPIs will automatically recalculate.

Prioritize your VIP actions that are most critical

A new Insights and Timeline panel on the VIP Overview Page provides daily updates to help you filter by Type of Action and Subtrack to prioritize the actions to take

  • Filter on Activities by Category: Certifications, Specializations, Shipment Status, Discrepancy cases and more
  • Filter by Subtrack: EN, Collaboration, Security, and more
  • Tasks are automatically filtered by days to Act with real-time updates

  • Access Task details with a single click

New navigation on the VIP Status screen will provide better Shipping insight to VIP Eligible opportunities at risk by showing both the Booking Target and Eligible Shipped column in orange
