Best practice for getting help with DesignXpert
If you are using DesignXpert and need support, you have two options:
- You can submit a case in the application which will automatically attach the log files.
- Otherwise, you will need to send us your log files which are in two locations. You may want to send them in Zipped folders.
- Go to C:\ProgramData\Netformx\NewUpdater\Logs and copy the files
- Go to http://%appdata%\Netformx\DesignXpert\log and copy the files
- Send the folders to support@netformx.com
