SuccessXpert – a CSM Platform designed for Cisco Partner Customer Success Teams

We are excited to announce that our new Customer Success Management (CSM) tool, Netformx SuccessXpert will be available this summer. Based on our deep understanding of Cisco programs and years of experience our Partner-ready CSM Platform will immediately enable Cisco Partners to manage their Customer Experience (CX) motions to:

  • Automatically calculate the customer success health scores
  • Simplify and scale customer interactions according to your custom playbooks
  • Deliver customized Alerts and Notifications
  • Complete steps to ensure Lifecycle Incentive rewards are earned
  • Ensure the customer’s desired business outcomes are realized
  • Comply with Cisco CX Advanced Specialization automation tool requirements
  • Provide automated Cisco data feeds for subscription, utilization, incentives, LCI activity and order data, thereby eliminating manual uploads

PIT now supports visibility to Deals through Distribution

We are pleased to share that the recent release of v5.3 of the Pipeline Insight Tool (PIT) supports all Deals purchased through Distribution in addition to Direct Deals providing a 360-degree view of your entire pipeline. Filtering capabilities make it a breeze to gain insights through any purchase method, providing added capabilities for Potential VIP Rebate in the Deal Pipeline report, the LCI Pipeline report, and more.

Success with Recapturing Potential VIP 36 Rebates

Netformx assisted partners with raising Cisco cases to recapture potential VIP 36 rebates. While we submitted many cases for partners, looking at a handful of the cases over half a $million has been recaptured so far. Don’t forget to leverage Cisco’s Lifecycle Ignite funding

If you want help with covering automation costs consider Cisco’s Lifecycle Ignite funding which is available until July 31, 2021. Partners are having success with getting funds to support pre-sales and post-sales tools that help them manage Lifecycle Incentives (think Pipeline Insight Tool, LifecycleXpert, and ChannelXpert 😉).
