AssetXpert v2.4 - New Customer Portal Administrative Control

The AssetXpert v2.4 release on 21 June, 2021 provides new customer portal administrative control.

For Partners supporting end-user Portals, AssetXpert allows the Administrator to define who, within the Partner organization, should receive end-customer change requests triggered from the defined end-customer Portal. 

Found inside the AssetXpert Admin tab, the new dropdown allows the administrator to define (add\edit\delete) the Partner contact email address(es) per end-customer Portal assignment.  The designated contact(s) receives all change requests (CR) triggered via email from the respective AssetXpert environment.
