ChannelXpert v5.2 delivers LCI and VIP Enhancements

Netformx continues to evolve ChannelXpert to add more value and offer the flexibility partners are requesting. The release of ChannelXpert v.5.2 provides minor granular enhancements to the primary functions for managing Lifecycle Incentives (LCI) and VIP.

LCI Enhancements with LifecycleXpert

  • Enhancements to the USE and ADOPT Opportunity user interface (UI)
    • Take total control over the column header order via drag-n-drop
    • Your Purchase Order (PO) date column now defaults to a reverse order from the oldest to most recent – focusing users to concentrate on the Opportunities with the shortest actionable timeframe
    • A quick click the Purchase Order (PO) line now exposes the LCI eligible SKUs
    • Easily update the Opportunity yourself with its Deal-ID when it is not automatically reported by the Cisco LCI Eligible Booking report
    • Sorting your Opportunity list by the data source (Cisco or Netformx) is easier with a new filter control
    • Now “Customer” aligned to use the Cisco LCI Eligible ‘End Customer Party Name (CR Party Name)’ field
  • Improvements to the Overview UI
    • Updated Tooltips explain the source or relevance of the displayed outputs

VIP Enhancements

  • Users can now export the Summary Report information to Excel to share with others.
