ChannelXpert 3.4 - LCI Improvements and VIP Charts

With agile development we continue to add new features and evolve other features in ChannelXpert.  We currently are focused on improving the Lifecycle Incentive (LCI) capabilities to help users better manage and reap the rewards by having visibility to the requirements for working with the customer to Use (Activate) and then to Adopt and Expand bookings. This release includes:

  • Improvements made to our Lifecycle identification feature to allow filtered downloadable files
  • Added charting features now allow for the collection of payment reconciliation data for all VIP periods
