We continue to make improvements to PIT and MAT to increase your success with these tools. PIT users have complimentary access to MAT for a limited period of time. The most recent updates to both of these products include:
- Partner Incentive Tool Updates
- Enhanced Control & Visibility for SKU-Detail Pane.
- Sorting for all columns – You can now click on the column header to initiate the column sort.
- Collapse and Expand control for SKU details – In the bottom pane the default view is collapsed showing Parent SKUs only, but you can expand to show all SKU levels.
- To Expose or Hide Children SKU Promotion and Incentive associations:
- Click the + next to the Index column to expose ALL children SKUs.
- Click the + next to the Parent line number to expose only children SKUs for the selected Parent SKU.
- New CCW/PIT Sync Notification
- Standard Sync Process - The Partner Incentive Tool uses an automated background sync process to ensure the copy of your Estimates stored in the PIT match those stored inside your CCW repository.
- New Out-of-Sync Alert – An alert may occur for Analyzed Estimates when a team member changes the underlying Cisco Estimate on CCW sometime after you Analyzed the Estimate.
- You will see a notification on the main PIT Screen which will change the green money bag icon found under the information column to yellow.
- This will result in PIT removing the Average Analyzed Discount % and the Total Analyzed Price.
- To correct you will need to Re-analyze the effected Estimate:
- Open the Estimate and re-examine your options. Then make your select and click Close.
- The Estimate money bag icon will revert to green
- Enhanced Control & Visibility for SKU-Detail Pane.
- Margin Analysis Tool Updates include Enhanced Summary and SKU Detail Panes
- Review Summary Screen is now divided into sections:
- Cisco – Highlights SKU List prices
- Partner – Details the SKU Cost prices
- Customer – Shows the SKU Sales prices
- Partner Margin – Describes the deal’s GM% and profits set by the price discounts or margin targets
- Sorting for all columns – You can now click on the column header to initiate the column sort.
- Collapse and Expand control for SKU details – In the bottom pane the default view is collapsed showing Parent SKUs only, but you can expand to show all SKU levels.
- Blended cost discounts roll up to the Parent SKU when collapsed.
- To Expose or Hide Children SKU Promotion and Incentive associations:
- Click the + next to the Index column to expose ALL children SKU cost, price, and margin details.
- Click the + next to the Line number to expose only children SKU cost, price, and margin details.
- Hide $0 Price SKUs - To suppress $0 SKUs enable Hide Zero Prices which simplifies the view of the lower detail display pane.
- Review Summary Screen is now divided into sections:
